22.10.08 16:33Humanitarian catastrophe occurs in Tskhinvali Region. There is a serious deficiency of medicines and food for the population. The nearby villages are being assailed by beasts, specifically by wolves. For distracting the local population's attention from the problem provocations are being planned.
The Russians do not seem to intend to help resolving the problem. The occupants are basically concerned with clearing the road, connecting Akhalgori and Tskhinvali, and the territory for constructing a military base.
